Älvsjö AIK
Älvsjö AIK FF is a Swedish football club located in Älvsjö within Stockholm Municipality. Background Älvsjö AIK was formed on 23 May 1915. The first and largest section of the newly formed club was football. Other sports played included bandy, ice hockey and floorball. Älvsjö AIK football section was reconstituted in 1993 to become their own separate club with the name Älvsjö AIK Fotbollsförening. Since their foundation Älvsjö AIK has participated mainly in the middle and lower divisions of the Swedish football league system. The club's most successful period was from 1969 until 1974 when they competed in Division 2, which at that time was the second tier of Swedish football. The club currently plays in Division 3 Östra Svealand which is the fifth tier of Swedish football. They play their home matches at the Älvsjö IP in Älvsjö. Älvsjö
Älvsjö () is a district of the city of Stockholm Municipality in Sweden, located in the borough Älvsjö in Söderort. It has the biggest rentable facility in northern Europe called Stockholm International Fairs, and also the hotel Scandic Talk Hotel, which both are located east of Älvsjö commuter train station. In 2017, the total population of the district was 1,530 inhabitants. The name was written ''Elffuesio'' in 1461. Göran Aral
Göran Timur Aral (born 3 July 1953) is a Swedish former association football, football defender, coach and director. Career Göran Aral was born in Sweden in 1953 and is a product of the Djurgårdens IF Fotboll, Djurgården youth system. At the beginning of the 1970s he was considered such a promising player that he was selected to go to London and train with Chelsea F.C., Chelsea. He made his sole Allsvenskan appearance for Djurgården in the 1975 Allsvenskan against Halmstads BK. However, a serious injury ended his career in 1977 at the age of 24. Aral was a Djurgården staff in the 1980s together with Tommy Söderberg and Benny Persson, also coached Råsunda IS before taking over Älvsjö AIK in late 1990. He left Älvsjö AIK after two seasons in 1992. Aral served at Djurgården in a number of capacities and was on the management team since the late 1990s.
