Nicholas Peppas is married to Lisa Brannon-Peppas, whom he met at Purdue University where she was doing her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. They have two children, Katherine and Alexander. They reside in Austin, Texas. Peppas' extracurricular activities include writing about the history of
