İsmail Kartal
İsmail Kartal (born 15 June 1961), is a Turkish professional football manager and former player who is the manager of Süper Lig club Fenerbahçe. Playing career Born in Istanbul, Turkey, Kartal played eleven seasons in the Turkish Süper Lig. He won two national league titles with Fenerbahce in 1984–85 and 1988–89 seasons. He played for Denizlispor and Adanaspor at the end of his football player career. Kartal made six appearances for the senior Turkey national football team from 1982 through 1985. Managerial career After his retirement, he started his management career and coached Karabükspor, Sivasspor, Mardinspor, Altay, Malatyaspor, Orduspor and Konya Anadolu Selçukspor. Eskişehirspor
Eskişehirspor Kulübü is a Turkish professional football club located in Eskişehir. Eskisehirspor has a total of six trophies, making them the sixth most trophies holders in Turkey. Trabzonspor
Trabzonspor Kulübü is a Turkish sports club located in the city of Trabzon. Formed in 1967 through a merger of several local clubs, the men's football team has won seven Süper Lig championships. Trabzonspor also have a women's football team, and used to have a men's basketball team. Trabzonspor are one of the most decorated clubs in Turkey. They have won seven Süper Lig titles and were the first non Istanbul-based club to win the league. They also have won nine Federation Cup (Turkish Cup) titles. Vítor Pereira (footballer, Born 1968)
Vítor Manuel de Oliveira Lopes Pereira (born 26 July 1968) is a Portuguese football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. He currently is the head coach of Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Flamengo. Following an amateur playing career, he became manager of Porto, where he won the Primeira Liga in both of his seasons. 2014–15 Süper Lig
The 2014–15 Süper Lig (known as the Spor Toto Süper Lig for sponsorship reasons) was the 57th season of the Süper Lig, the highest tier football league of Turkey. The season was named after former Beşiktaş club president Süleyman Seba, who died in 2014. Teams Elazığspor, Antalyaspor and Kayserispor were relegated at the end of the 2013–14 season after finishing in the bottom three places of the standings. Elazığspor was at top level for two years, while Antalyaspor and Kayserispor returned to second level after six and ten years, respectively. Kazım Ersun Yanal (, born 17 December 1961) is a Turkish football coach who last managed Süper Lig club Antalyaspor. His style has always been attacking football doubled up with tactics unprecedented in Turkish Football, featuring a new scientific understanding of the game. He enjoys a very respectable place amongst Turkish coaches having only won a single title. Managerial career 2000–2013 Under Yanal's managership, Ankaragücü has seen two successive seasons, becoming 6th in the 2000–01 season and 4th in the 2001–02 season. The TFF 1. Lig, officially known as Spor Toto 1. Lig for sponsorship reasons, is the second level of the Turkish football league system. The league was founded in 2001 as the ''Turkish Second League Category A'' after the reorganization of the Second Football League, which was the second level of the Turkish league system between 1963 and 2001. The league was called ''Türk Telekom Lig A'' in the 2006–2007 season, and was renamed to ''TFF First League'' prior to the 2007–08 season. As of 16 January 2008 the league was renamed as Bank Asya 1. The Süper Lig (, ''Super League''), officially known as Spor Toto Süper Lig for sponsorship reasons, is a Turkish professional league for association football clubs. It is the top-flight of the Turkish football league system and is run by the Turkish Football Federation. In the 2022–23 season, nineteen clubs compete, where a champion is decided and three clubs are promoted from, and relegated to the 1. Lig. The season runs from August to May, with each club playing 36 matches. Matches are played Friday through Monday. The competition was initially established in 1923.
