The junction-gate field-effect transistor (JFET) is one of the simplest types of field-effect transistor. JFETs are three-terminal semiconductor devices that can be used as electronics, electronically controlled switches or Voltage-controlled resistor, resistors, or to build Amplifier, amplifiers.
