104 (one hundred ndfour) is the natural number following 103 and preceding 105. In mathematics 104 is a refactorable number and a primitive semiperfect number. The smallest known 4-regular matchstick graph has 104 edges and 52 vertices, where four unit line segments intersect at every vertex. The second largest sporadic group \mathbb has a McKay–Thompson series, representative of a principal modular function is T_(\tau), with constant term a(0) = 104: :j_(\tau) = T_(\tau)+104 = \frac + 104 + 4372q + 96256q^2 + \cdots The Tits group \mathbb , which is the only finite simple group to classify as either a ''non-strict'' group of Lie type or sporadic group, holds a minimal faithful complex representation in 104 dimensions. Hundred And Four
The Hundred and Four, or Council of 104 ( Phoenician ''miat'', from ''mia'' "hundred", , ), was a Carthaginian tribunal of judges. They were created early in Carthage's history, and are described in Aristotle's ''Politics'' (4th century BC) as "the highest constitutional authority." The Hundred and Four were in charge of judging generals and the military, who exercised a great deal of independence from the government in Carthage. The Hundred and Four were intended to provide a check to ensure the military served the needs of the senate and the people. However, by the time of Hannibal, and his stint as Suffet (early 2nd century BC), the 104 had acquired tyrannical power. By leading a populist reform movement—including substituting annual rotation in office for the life tenure formerly enjoyed by the 104—Hannibal managed to restore a measure of popular rule. Until Hannibal Hannibal (; ; 247 – between 183 and 181 BC) was a Punic people, Carthaginian general and stat ...

The fourth whaleback constructed, she was built between October 1889 and February 1890, in Duluth, Minnesota by Alexander McDougall's American Steel Barge Company, for McDougall's fleet of the same name, based in Buffalo, New York. She was a whaleback, a class of distinctive, experimental ship designed and built by McDougall. The whalebacks were designed to be more stable in high seas. 104 Klymene
104 Klymene is a large, dark Themistian asteroid that was discovered by J. C. Watson on September 13, 1868, and named after one of the many Clymenes in Greek mythology. It is orbiting the Sun with a period of 5.60 years and an eccentricity of 0.16. The orbital plane is inclined by 2.8° to the plane of the ecliptic. It is classified as a C-type asteroid, indicating it probably has a carbonaceous composition. The spectra indicates the presence of aqueous-altered minerals on the surface based upon a sharp feature at a wavelength of 3 μm, and, as of 2015, is the only member of the Themis family found to show this absorption. Based upon measurements made using adaptive optics at the W. M. Keck Observatory, this object may have a bi-lobed shape with a length of 163 ± 3 km and width of 103 ± 5 km, for an average dimension of 133 km. This asteroid is located near the region of the Themis family but itself considered a background asteroid using HCM-ana ...
