Zoran Janković (footballer)
Zoran Janković ( sr-Cyrl, Зоран Јанковић, ; bg, Зоран Янкович, Zoran Yankovich; born 8 February 1974) is a Serbian-born Bulgarian football manager and former player. Career During his career, Janković represented FK Železnik, FK Vojvodina, PFC Litex Lovech, Dalian Shide F.C., Ethnikos Achna FC and FK Inđija. Janković was the highest scoring foreign player during the 2000–01 and 2001–02 A PFG seasons, managing 13 goals in each of them. He has retired during winter break of 2010-11 season while playing for FK Inđija in the Serbian SuperLiga, becoming their manager. On 15 September 2017, Janković became coach of the Thailand u-23 national team. He was sacked following Thailand's defeat in 2018 AFC U-23 Championship. Inđija
Inđija (, ; hu, India) is a town and a municipality located in the Srem District of the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Serbia. As of 2011, the town has total population of 26,025, while the municipality has 47,433 inhabitants. It is located in the geographical region of Syrmia. Name According to the legend, the name of the town comes from Turkish word "ikindia" – meaning evening prayer and is related to the time after 1699 when the town fell under Turkish rule. On the other hand, there is the claim that the town was named after the name of Orthodox women – Inđija. Marcelo Nascimento da Costa ( bg, Марсело Насименто да Коща; born 24 August 1984), commonly known as Marcelinho ( bg, Марселиньо), is a Brazilian-born naturalized Bulgarian retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder. A youth product of São Paulo, Marcelinho played for Cascavel, Santacruzense, São Caetano and Catanduvense in his early career. In 2008 he signed with UAE Pro-League club Al-Nasr Dubai. In early 2010, he returned to his home country, joining Mogi Mirim. Few months later Marcelinho signed with Bragantino, before moving to Ludogorets in May 2011. Predrag Pažin (Bulgarian and Serbian Cyrillic: Предраг Пажин; born 14 March 1973) is a former footballer who played as a defender. Born in Yugoslavia, he represented Bulgaria internationally. Club career He signed his first professional contract with Sutjeska from Nikšić, where he played from 1991 to 1993. Then, until 1995, he played for Rudar from Pljevlja. When in January he moved to Partizan. While he was playing for Partizan, he had an incident with Mateja Kežman during the match that Partizan played against Lazio. After one unsuccessful attack, Pažin blamed Kežman, to which he responded with insults, which caused Pažin to hit him. With Partizan, he was three times the champion of Yugoslavia and once the cup winner. 2018 AFC U-23 Championship
The 2018 AFC U-23 Championship (also known as the 2018 AFC U-23 Asian Cup) was the third edition of the AFC U-23 Championship, the biennial international age-restricted football championship organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-23 national teams of Asia. A total of 16 teams competed in the tournament. It took place between 9–27 January 2018, and was hosted by China. Uzbekistan defeated Vietnam in the final to win their first title.
