Zhuang Jiafu
Chuang Chia-Fu (born 1934, also known as Zhuang Jiafu), is a male former international table tennis player from China. Table tennis career He won a bronze medal at the 1957 World Table Tennis Championships in the Swaythling Cup (men's team event) with Hu Ping-chuan, Chiang Yung-Ning, Wang Chuanyao and Fu Chi Fong for China. He later became a coach and worked for the All China Sports Federation. Table Tennis
Table tennis, also known as ping-pong and whiff-whaff, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball, also known as the ping-pong ball, back and forth across a table using small solid rackets. It takes place on a hard table divided by a net. Except for the initial serve, the rules are generally as follows: Players must allow a ball played toward them to bounce once on their side of the table and must return it so that it bounces on the opposite side. A point is scored when a player fails to return the ball within the rules. Play is fast and demands quick reactions. Spinning the ball alters its trajectory and limits an opponent's options, giving the hitter a great advantage. Chiang Yung-Ning
Chiang Yung-Ning (1927 – 16 May 1968, also known as Keung Wing Ning or Jiang Yongning), was a Hong Kong international table tennis player who represented Hong Kong and China. Table tennis career He won a bronze medal at the 1952 World Table Tennis Championships in the Swaythling Cup (men's team event) when representing Hong Kong. The team consisted of Cheng Kwok Wing, Chung Chin Sing, Fu Chi Fong and Suh Sui Cho. He also reached the fourth round of the singles. Four years later he won three bronze medals at the 1956 World Table Tennis Championships, 1957 World Table Tennis Championships and 1959 World Table Tennis Championships in the Swaythling Cup (men's team event) for China. Fu Chi Fong
Fu Chi Fong also (Fu Qifang) (; 1923 – 16 April 1968) was a Chinese international table tennis player. Table tennis career He won a bronze medal at the 1952 World Table Tennis Championships in the Swaythling Cup (men's team event) when representing Hong Kong. Five years later he won another bronze at the 1957 World Table Tennis Championships in the Swaythling Cup (men's team event) with Hu Ping-chuan, Chiang Yung-Ning, Wang Chuanyao and Zhuang Jiafu for China. Personal life He was born in Yin County, Zhejiang, and lived in Hong Kong for some time before returning to mainland China. During the Cultural Revolution he, along with fellow table tennis players Jiang Yongning and Yong Guotang, was accused of being a spy simply for the fact that he was originally from Hong Kong.
