Zeynep Tufekci (; ; ) is a Turkish-American sociologist, and the Henry G. Bryant Professor of Sociology and Public Affairs at Princeton University. She is also a columnist for ''The New York Times''. Zeynep Bastık (born 8 July 1993) is a Turkish singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress. Life Her grandmother is of Albanian origin. Her family members are also musicians. Her mother was a folk dance teacher. At the age of fifteen she joined the Fire of Anatolia as a dancer and remained part of the group for eight years. She later became interested in Latin dance and pole dance. She also worked as actress in musical theatres. Zeynep Günay Tan (born 1975) is a Turkish director. She noticed her interest in cinema and television during her high school years. She began her theatre training in Italy but returned to Turkey without completing her education. She eventually majored in the Italian Language and Literature. Zeynep Ergun (1953 – 2022) was a professor at Institute of Social Sciences English Language and Literature Department of Istanbul University. Education and career Ergun graduated from Robert College high school in 1972 and received her BA from Boğaziçi University English Language and Literature Department in 1978. Zeynep Çelik (born 7 April 1996) is a Turkish world and European champion Paralympic judoka with visual impairment. Sport career Çelik is tall at . Zeynep Fadıllıoğlu (1955, Istanbul) is a Turkish designer and owner of a Turkish architecture and interior design company. She designed the interiors of Istanbul's Şakirin Mosque in 2009 to wide international acclaim, possibly becoming the first woman to design a mosque. Biography Fadillioglu studied computer science at the University of Sussex and at Control Data Institute. In 1978, she became interested in interior design, completing a course in art history and design at London's Inchbald School of Design.
