Yoo Han-joon
Yoo Han-joon (; born July 1, 1981 in Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province) is a retired South Korean outfielder for the KT Wiz in the Korea Baseball Organization. He bats and throws right-handed. Amateur career After graduating from Yushin High School, Yoo was drafted by the Hyundai Unicorns in the second round (20th overall) of the 2000 KBO Draft. Yoo did not sign with them; instead he opted for college, attending Dongguk University. Yoo was a four-year starting third baseman for Dongguk University from -. As a junior in , Yoo was selected for the South Korean national team in the Intercontinental Cup held in Havana, Cuba, where he played mostly as a backup third baseman behind Hanwha Eagles star Lee Bum-Ho. Outfielder
An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball or softball, farthest from the batter. These defenders are the left fielder, the center fielder, and the right fielder. As an outfielder, their duty is to catch Batted ball, fly balls and ground balls then to return them to the infield for the out or before the runner advances, if there are any runners on the Baseball, bases. 2007 Baseball World Cup
The 2007 Baseball World Cup (BWC) was the 37th international Men's amateur baseball tournament. The tournament was sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation, which titled it the Amateur World Series from the 1938 tournament through the 1986 AWS. The tournament was held, for the second time, in Taiwan (which played as Chinese Taipei), from November 6 to 18. The United States defeated Cuba in the final, winning its third title. Yonhap News Agency (; ) is a major news agency in South Korea. It is based in Seoul, South Korea. SK Wyverns
SSG Landers () are a South Korean professional baseball, professional baseball team. The team was originally established as the SK Wyverns but was renamed as the SSG Landers in 2021 after Shinsegae acquired the team from SK Group. They are a member of the KBO League. Based in Incheon, they play their home games at Incheon SSG Landers Field. History 2000: Formation (SK Wyverns) In the 2000 season, the Ssangbangwool Raiders, a team that had represented the Jeollabuk-do region since 1990, was dissolved because of the bankruptcy of the Ssangbangwool Group, the team's owner. Right Field
A right fielder, abbreviated RF, is the outfielder in baseball or softball who plays defense in right field. Right field is the area of the outfield to the right of a person standing at home plate and facing towards the pitcher's mound. In the numbering system used to record defensive plays, the right fielder is assigned the number 9.
