''The Warning'' is a 2015 American horror and thriller film directed by Dirk Hagen, written by Summer Moore, and starring Moore, Jeff Allen, and Tiffany Joy Williams. The film is a found footage satire film based on true accounts of the Satanic Panic in the 1980s-1990s, that is filmed in the "Devil Worshipping Capital of the Western World" Manitou Springs, Colorado. Plot The 'Satanic Panic' occurred in the United States in the 1980s and 1990s. Parents were stricken with fear that their children would fall into the hands of Satan, and begin his worship. In the fall of 2011, a major television network's new series, ''Investigating Urban Legends'', began filming its first episode, set to air in the coming months. ''The Warning'' is the first studio album by American progressive metal band Queensrÿche, released on September 7, 1984, and reissued on May 6, 2003, with three bonus tracks. In 2019, ''Metal Hammer'' ranked it as the 13th best power metal album of all time. Background Queensrÿche wrote the material for ''The Warning'' during their tour in support of the ''Queensrÿche'' EP, inspired by world events and the 1949 George Orwell novel ''Nineteen Eighty-Four''. ''The Warning'' is the second studio album by British band Hot Chip. The album was released in the UK on 22 May 2006 by EMI Records and in the United States on 3 June 2006 by Astralwerks. Notable tracks include the UK singles, " Over and Over" and "Boy from School", as well as "(Just Like We) Breakdown", which was featured and remixed on the DFA Records compilation album '' The DFA Remixes – Chapter One''. The album was nominated for the 2006 Mercury Music Prize. ''The Warning'' explores the theme of contradiction as well as "slower and darker aspects of electronic music" with the use of "strange violence" in songs. SS501 is a South Korean boy band consisting of five members: Kim Hyun-joong, Heo Young-saeng, Kim Kyu-jong, Park Jung-min and Kim Hyung-jun. They debuted in 2005 with the EP ''Warning'', which included their first number one song, "Never Again". In 2007, SS501 entered the Japanese market with the maxi single ''Kokoro'', which debuted at number five on the Oricon chart. The following year, in 2008, they became the first South Korean artists to win the award for Best New Artist at the Japan Gold Disc Awards. The Warning is a Mexican rock band from Monterrey, Nuevo León, formed in 2013 by the Villarreal Vélez sisters: Daniela (guitar, lead vocals, piano), Paulina (drums, lead and backing vocals, piano), and Alejandra (bass guitar, piano, backing vocals). Their most recent album ''Error'' was released in June 2022. History Early years The Villarreal Vélez sisters were raised in Monterrey, and all received training on various instruments at an early age. At some point in their childhood, Daniela and Paulina had selected guitar and drums as their primary instruments, respectively. When the youngest of the three, Alejandra, selected bass guitar as her primary instrument at about age 7, the sisters decided to form a rock power trio. Warning was a UK-based doom metal band. Warning flagged the rise of post-2000 wave of traditional doom metal, and were one of the most important, highly regarded and influential bands to emerge from the '90s doom metal scene. The band was founded by guitarist/singer/songwriter Patrick Walker in 1994 in Harlow, Essex. Warning's music is notable for its down-tempo, progressive, melodic and heavy doom-laden sound; the idiosyncratic and poignant vocals of Patrick Walker; and his introspective, darkly-confessional lyrical themes. They are best known for their 1982 single "Why Can the Bodies Fly", which was featured in a 1983 episode of the TV series ''Tatort'' History Edgar Schlepper, owner of a music store, and Hans Müller, who worked for a record label, created several songs during a joint jam session on a guitar synthesizer , which were compiled on their debut album ''Warning'' in 1982.
