Walter Herrmann
Walter Herrmann Heinrich (born June 26, 1979) is an Argentine former professional basketball player. He is listed at 6'9" and 225 lbs. He was a key member of the senior men's Argentine national basketball team that won the gold medal during the 2004 Summer Olympic Games. Professional career Argentina Herrmann began his pro career in the top-tier level Argentine League with Olimpia Venado Tuerto in 1996. He played there until the year 2000. He won two Argentine League slam dunk contests during that time in 1999 and 2000, and the Argentine League Revelation of the Year award (best rookie) in 1999. In 2000, he moved to the Argentine club Atenas Córdoba, and he played there until 2002. With Atenas, he was named the MVP of the Argentine League regular season in 2001, and the MVP of the Argentine League Finals in 2002. The Detroit Pistons are an American professional basketball team based in Detroit. The Pistons compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the league's Eastern Conference Central Division and play their home games at Little Caesars Arena, located in Midtown. The Liga Nacional de Básquet (abbreviated LNB, and literally in English, "National Basketball League"), also commonly referred to as "La Liga de Básquet" ("The Basketball League"), is the top-tier level of the Argentine basketball league system. The 2015 NBB All-Star Game was an exhibition basketball game that was played on March 7, 2015 at Ginásio Pedrocão in Franca, São Paulo, home of Franca Basquetebol Clube. This game was the 7th edition of the NBB All-Star Game and was played during the 2014–15 NBB season. The NBB All-Star Game is an annual game involving the All-Star players of each season of the Novo Basquete Brasil (New Basketball Brazil), which is the top-tier level Brazilian professional club basketball league.
