Wichita B-52s
The Wichita B-52s was an American professional indoor soccer team based in Wichita, Kansas. Founded in July 2013, the team made its debut in the Professional Arena Soccer League with the 2013–14 season under head coach Larry Inlow. After beginning the 2014–15 season under Jeff Kraft, Kim Roentved was named head coach in December 2014. The team played its home games at Hartman Arena in Park City, Kansas. In August 2015, the team announced it would not be participating in the 2015–16 MASL season. History In June 2013, the Wichita Wings of the MISL folded but a successor corporation named FC Wichita LLC announced their intention to join the PASL for the 2013–14 season. Hartman Arena
Hartman Arena is a privately managed 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Park City, Kansas, United States. It is located northwest of I-135 and 77th Street North in the north Wichita metro area. History Ground was broken on March 25, 2008, and the arena opened the last week of March 2009. The architecture firm of Law-Kingdon Inc. designed the facility. Tickets.com and Hartman Arena have a multiyear ticketing service agreement. Hartman Arena hosts home games of the Wichita B-52s of the Major Arena Soccer League. It also hosts the Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 6A and 5A State Wrestling Tournaments. They were moved here after one year at Intrust Bank Arena. ''The Newton Kansan'' is an American daily newspaper published six days per week (excluding major holidays) in Newton, Kansas. It is owned by Gannett. The paper covers Harvey County, including the cities of Newton, Burrton, Halstead, Hesston, North Newton and Sedgwick. The paper was founded as a weekly in 1872 and converted to a daily circulation in 1886. In 1952, it changed its name from ''The Evening Kansan-Republican'' to ''The Newton Kansan''.
