Winzenburg
Winzenburg is a village and a former municipality in the district of Hildesheim (district), Hildesheim in Lower Saxony, Germany. Since 1 November 2016, it is part of the municipality Freden. It comprises four smaller communities, including the village of Winzenburg, which dates from the Middle Ages. Winzenburg is located in the Leinebergland to the north of Bad Gandersheim, between the national parks of the Harz and the Weserbergland, in Lower Saxony, Germany. The municipality (german: Gemeinde (Germany), Gemeinde) was formed on March 1, 1974 from the four previously independent communities of Winzenburg, Schildhorst, Westerberg and Klump. He was a repetiteur at the Royal Swedish Opera from 1943 to 1946, also making he debut conducting the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra 1946. Per Erik Gunnar Westerberg (; born 2 August 1951) is a Swedish politician who was Speaker of the Riksdag from 2006 to 2014. Paul Harold Westerberg (born December 31, 1959) is an American musician, best known as the lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter for the Replacements. Following the breakup of the Replacements, Westerberg launched a solo career that saw him release three albums on major record labels. Following the release of his third solo album, Westerberg has been mostly releasing music that he has self-produced and recorded in his basement home studio. Oscar William Westerberg (July 8, 1882, Alameda, California – April 17, 1909, Alameda, California) was a Major League Baseball shortstop who played for the Boston Doves in 1907. Prior to playing professionally, he attended Saint Mary's College of California. He made his debut on September 5, 1907, and played his final game on September 7, 1907. In that time, he appeared in two games, collecting two hits in six at-bats for a .333 batting average. He also handled six chances in the field without committing any errors. Westerberg also played at least four seasons in the minors. In 31 games in 1908, he hit only .131 for the New Haven Blues and Trenton Tigers. Leif Westerberg (born 28 August 1974) is a Swedish professional golfer. Westerberg was born in Stockholm and turned professional in 1997. He has played predominantly on Europe's second tier Challenge Tour where he has won two tournaments. He has graduated from the Challenge Tour twice, in 2004 and 2007, when he finished 7th and 5th respectively on the end of season rankings. Kurt Westerberg
Kurt Westerberg is a composer who was born in Naperville, Illinois in 1950. His mother was a mezzo-soprano and pianist which sparked an early interest in music. He began his musical studies at age five with piano lessons. By age ten he was composing his first pieces for himself. In 1968, he started his undergraduate degree in piano studies at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. While at St. Olaf, his interest in composition grew and he graduated in 1972 with a Bachelor of Music in Composition. It was in the midst of the student protests among college campuses across the United States in 1972 that Westerberg wrote politically charged works like ''De Profundis'' for chorus, brass and rhythm ensemble, and dancers. Jesper Westerberg (born 1 February 1986) is a retired Swedish footballer who played as a right back. Career Started his career in Arkelstorps IF before moving to IFÖ Bromölla IF, and later on to Landskrona BoIS.
