Vladislav Lalicki
Vladislav Lalicki (1 June 1935 – 29 December 2008), also known as "Wladyslaw Lalitzky", was a Serbian production designer, costume designer, and painter. Lalicki has worked witŠabac National Theatresince 1958, Atelje 212 Theatre in Belgrade since 1961, Yugoslav Drama Theatre since 1965. He worked with theatres in United States, the former USSR and Poland and with many theatres and theatre groups in the former Yugoslavia. Vladislav Lalicki was production/costume designer for over 500 theatre plays, 200 TV shows and numerous movies. He also provided more than 500 books with illustrations. Lalicki spent most of his life in Belgrade, but he also spent 18 years (1984–2002) in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he influenced South African art. Many of his paintings are located in the Johannesburg Museum and the Everard Read Art Gallery. He was married twice and had four children. Šabac
Šabac (Serbian Cyrillic: Шабац, ) is a city and the administrative centre of the Mačva District in western Serbia. Leskovac (Serbian Cyrillic: Лесковац, ) is a city and the administrative center of the Jablanica District in southern Serbia. According to the 2022 census, City of Leskovac has a 124,889 inhabitants. The World Crafts Council AISBL (WCC-AISBL) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that was founded in 1964 to promote fellowship, foster economic development through income generating craft related activities, organize exchange programs, workshops, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions—and in general, to offer encouragement, help, and advice to the craftspersons of the world. The Applied Artists And Designers Association Of Serbia
The Applied Artists and Designers Association of Serbia ( sr, Udruženje likovnih umetnika primenjenih umetnosti i dizajnera Srbije, ULUPUDS) is an organization that supports Serbian professionals working in the fields of art and design. This includes architecture, textiles, scenography, costume design, sculpture, graphics, paintings, ceramics, art photography, restoration, and art history.
