Vitaly Likhachyov
Vitaly Viktorovich Likhachyov ( born on 22 February 1964), is a Russian politician, who is currently a member of the State Duma of the VIII convocation. He had served as the mayor of Volgograd from 2018 to 2021, and had been a member of the Volgograd Oblast Duma of the third and fourth convocations, and was its chairman from 2005 to 2009. Biography Vitaly Likhachyov was born on 22 February 1964 in Volgograd. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrification of the Volgograd Agricultural Institute in 1986 with a degree in electrification of agriculture (qualification - "engineer") and the Faculty of Economics of the Volgograd State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 1999 with a degree in Economics and Management at Enterprises in Construction (qualification - "economist").
