Usvyacha
The Usvyacha (russian: Усвяча) is a river in Kunyinsky and Usvyatsky Districts of Pskov Oblast in Russia and in Vitebsk Raion of Vitebsk Region in Belarus. It is a right tributary of the Daugava (the Western Dvina). It is long, and the area of its basin . The source of the Usvyacha is located in the southern part of Kunyinsky District. Usvyacha flows to the north, through Lake Usmynskoye and Lake Ozeron. North of Lake Ozeron, it turns west and flows into Lake Ordosno. This lake is located at the border between Kunyinsky and Usvyatsky Districts. Usvyacha flows out of the lake in the southern direction and enters Lake Usvyaty. The urban-type settlement of Usvyaty is located at the right bank of the Usvyacha north of the lake. South of Lake Usvyaty, the Usvyacha accepts the Ovsyanka from the right and crosses into Belarus. Lake Usvyaty is a lake in the Usvyatsky volost of the Ussvyaty Rayon of the Pskov Oblast. It has a water surface of 6.99 km² (699.0 ha) and a total surface, including islands of 7.03 km² (703.0 ha). The maximum depth is 3.6 m, the average depth is 1.4 m. Usvyaty, Usvyatsky District, Pskov Oblast
Usvyaty (russian: Усвяты) is an urban locality (a work settlement) and the administrative center of Usvyatsky District of Pskov Oblast, Russia. It is located on the right bank of the Usvyacha River, between Lake Uzmen and Lake Usvyaty, two biggest lakes in the area. Municipally, it is incorporated as Usvyaty Urban Settlement, the only urban settlement in the district. Population: History The Lovat River was a part of the trade route from the Varangians to the Greeks, one of the oldest trading routes passing through Rus'. Surazh, Belarus
Surazh (or Suraž) is an urban-type settlement in Vitebsk Region of Belarus, approximately 45km northeast from the city of Vitebsk. Clairette blanche is a white wine grape variety most widely grown in the wine regions of Provence, Rhône and Languedoc in France. At the end of the 1990s, there were of Clairette blanche grown in France, although volumes are decreasing.
