''Troublesome Night 16'' is a 2002 Hong Kong horror comedy film produced by Nam Yin and directed by Yip Wai-ying. It is the 16th of the 20 films in the ''Troublesome Night'' film series. Plot Bud Gay and Bud Yan travel back in time to the Song dynasty and encounter characters from the 14th century Chinese classical novel ''Water Margin''. The movie spoofs the story of Wu Song avenging his brother, with the Buds playing important roles in affecting how the story unfolds. Kenny Bee
Chung Chun-to (born 23 February 1953), also known by his stage name Kenny Bee, is a Hong Kong singer, musician and actor. He is best known as the singer of the group the Wynners, and as a solo artist who has been active in the Hong Kong entertainment industry for nearly three decades. Career Bee made his break into the Hong Kong entertainment industry in 1973 as a member of the popular 1970s band, the Wynners (溫拿樂隊), sharing vocal duties with Alan Tam. Lu Zhishen is a fictional character in '' Water Margin'', one of the four great classical novels in Chinese literature. He is the main character in the first segment of the novel, which spans about six chapters. ''Troublesome Night'' is a comedy-horror anthology film series from Hong Kong. As of 2020 the series has 20 entries. History The original run of films lasted between 1997 and 2003 and had 19 films. which means that the original ''Troublesome Night'' spawned more sequels than any other horror film at the time. The first six films were directed by Herman Yau but after that he lost interest and producer Nam Yin kept the series alive. Yammie Lam Kit-ying (27 April 1963 – 31 October 2018), also known as Yammie Nam, was a Hong Kong actress and most notable for her performances in TVB drama series ''The Greed of Man'' and ''Looking Back In Anger'', as well as in the film series '' A Chinese Odyssey''.
