Tomoe Zenimoto Hvas (born 1 June 2000) is a retired Norwegian swimmer. He competed in the men's 50 metre butterfly at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships. He comes from Bærum Bærum () is a municipality in the Greater Oslo Region in Norway that forms an affluent suburb of Oslo on the west coast of the city. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. After being destroyed by a fire in 1624, during the reign of King Christian IV, a new city was built closer to Akershus Fortress and named Christiania in honour of the king.
