A dance troupe or dance company is a group of dancers and associated personnel who work together to perform dances as a sport, spectacle or entertainment. There are many different types of dance companies, often working in different styles of dance. Some companies are formed from members of dance studios or from paid professionals. A revue is a type of multi-act popular theatrical entertainment that combines music, dance, and sketches. These Foolish Things was a British revue show. First staged on 12 September 1938 at the Brighton Hippodrome, Hippodrome in Brighton, it enjoyed a lengthy West End theatre, West End stage run at the London Palladium from 28 September 1938 to 3 June 1939, encompassing a total 489 performances. Featuring in the line-up were Crazy Gang (comedy group), The Crazy Gang along with the Sherman Fisher Girls. The London Palladium () is a Grade II* West End theatre located on Argyll Street, London, in the famous area of Soho. The theatre holds 2,286 seats.
