The Other Side (Nina Sky EP)
''The Other Side'' is an independently released EP by Nina Sky. After a falling-out with their record label, Polo Grounds Records, over the release of their second album ''Starting Today'', they decided to release this EP independently through their official website. It features a remix of "Beautiful People", a song originally planned to be the lead single off ''Starting Today''. The lead single of the EP is "You Ain't Got It (Funk That)" which samples Sagat's minor 1994 hit "Funk Dat". "Love Song" is a cover of the US top ten pop hit by The Cure from August 1989. With a new masculine (and as the public termed "butched up") style, the duo independently released an 8 track EP for digital download in August, entitled ''The Other Side'', which features production from DJ Yonny, Salaam Remi, Kidz in the Hall and many more. Nina Sky is an American musical duo consisting of identical twins Nicole and Natalie Albino. Their debut single "Move Ya Body", released from their self-titled debut album in 2004, was a success, reaching number four on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. Their second album, Nicole & Natalie, was released in July 2012. Their third studio album, ''Brightest Gold'', was announced for 2016 release through Tommy Boy Entertainment. Roger O'Donnell
Roger O'Donnell (born 29 October 1955) is an English keyboardist best known for his work with The Cure. O'Donnell has also performed in The Psychedelic Furs, Thompson Twins and Berlin, as well as having an active solo career. Background O'Donnell was born in East London into a musical family, next to the piano in his parents' London home. O'Donnell attended art school but left to pursue a career as a professional musician, with his first paying gig coming in 1976, at Oxford Town Hall backing legendary British pop icon Arthur Brown. He is the second longest-serving member of the band after lead vocalist/guitarist Robert Smith. Robert James Smith (born 21 April 1959) is an English musician. He is the lead singer, guitarist, primary songwriter, and only continuous member of the rock band the Cure, which he co-founded in 1978.
