''The Falling Season'' is the seventh solo and tenth overall studio album by American rapper Masta Ace. It was released on May 13, 2016 through M3 Macmil Music/HHV.de. Recording sessions took place at Shelter Island Sound in New York and at BGB Lab in Detroit. Production was handled by KIC Beats, with Richard "Filthy Rich" Ahee and Masta Ace serving as executive producers. It features guest appearances from Pav Bundy, A.G., Beej, Chuck D, Cormega, Deion, Denez Prigent, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, LT, Nikky Bourbon, Pearl Gates, Queen Heroine, Stricklin, The World's Famous Supreme Team, Torae, Wordsworth and Your Old Droog among others. Duval Clear (born December 4, 1966), known better by his stage name Masta Ace, is an American rapper and record producer from New York City. He appeared on the classic 1988 Juice Crew posse cut " The Symphony". Dion Keith Jenkins (born September 21, 1979) better known by his mononym as Dion is an American singer-songwriter and record producer perhaps best known for frequently collaborating with Aftermath Entertainment recording artists The Game, 50 Cent and Young Buck. Schea Boatwright (born January 27, 1971), better known by the stage name of Leschea (pronounced le-SHAY) is a contemporary R&B performer who had success in 1995 and 1996 with her debut album ''Rhythm & Beats''. A phonograph record (also known as a gramophone record, especially in British English), or simply a record, is an analog sound storage medium in the form of a flat disc with an inscribed, modulated spiral groove. Dmitry Kutsenko, better known as Your Old Droog, is a Ukrainian-born American rapper and producer from Brooklyn, New York. He first gained public attention in June 2014 when online rumors were circulated that his self-published debut EP was actually recorded by veteran New York rapper Nas under an alter ego, before revealing himself in August of that year as a 25-year-old Ukrainian American. The World's Famous Supreme Team
The World's Famous Supreme Team was an American hip hop radio show duo and recording group active from 1979. The original members were Sedivine the Mastermind (Larry Price) and Just Allah the Superstar (Ronald Larkins Jr.). Career The group's radio show started in 1979 on WHBI-FM 105.9, broadcasting from Newark, New Jersey and primarily serving the North Jersey and New York City area. In a 2007 interview, Sedivine described the radio station as "a little rat trap, not a big station," and said the group paid WHBI between $150 and $300 for each one-hour show. Hypnotic Brass Ensemble
Hypnotic Brass Ensemble is an eight-piece, Chicago-based brass ensemble consisting of eight sons of the jazz trumpeter Phil Cohran. Their musical style ranges from hip hop to jazz to funk and rock, including calypso and gypsy music. They call their eclectic blend of sound "now music", or "Hypnotic". Reared in the teachings of music since they were children, they grew up on the stage playing as the "Phil Cohran Youth Ensemble".
