The Dengineers
''The Dengineers'' is a British children's television series which airs on CBBC and sees the production team (styled as 'dengineers') design themed dens or play houses for children. There have been seven series aired to date, with the most recent hosted by Meryl Fernandes and Joe Swash and previous hosts being Lauren Layfield, Mark Wright and Joe Tracini. The designers are currently Tony Broomhead, Satwinder Samra, Maral Tulip, Emma Kosh, Anthony Devine, Lynsey Ford, Martin Bell, Sahiba Chadha and formerly Dee Saigal, Sege Rosella and Olga Skumial. The series is similar to ''DIY SOS'' and '' Grand Designs'', with the help of expert designers and builders and the youngsters themselves, the Dengineers team will then construct an extraordinary den, either completely from scratch or by transforming an existing room in the home. Children's television series (or children's television shows) are television show, television programs designed for children, normally scheduled for broadcast during the morning and afternoon when children are awake. The Guardian
''The Guardian'' is a British daily newspaper. It was founded in 1821 as ''The Manchester Guardian'', and changed its name in 1959. Rhys Stephenson
Rhys Stephenson (born 29 October 1993) is an English television presenter and actor. He has presented on CBBC since 2016. Early life Stephenson was born in Lewisham, London. He began starring in school theatre productions at the age of ten. He attended Oasis Academy Pinewood and later Bower Park Academy and the University of Westminster. Career In 2013, Stephenson joined the National Youth Theatre. He has acted in a number of shows with the Sydenham Arts Festival and has appeared in productions including '' Alice in Wonderland'' and ''At the Feet of Jesus''. Ben Shires
Ben Shires is a British television presenter and comedian, currently working on TV channels CBBC and Dave. He hosts the Guinness World Records-themed children's show '' Officially Amazing'', and is also a radio presenter on Heart Yorkshire. Career Shires initially aspired to be a lawyer. He was in a contest to become a new presenter for Channel 4's scheduling slot T4, but came up short. In 2013, he was employed by the BBC, and ''Officially Amazing'' began airing and has produced seven series since then. Shires presents alongside Haruka Kuroda and Al Jackson. Katie Lorna Thistleton (born 13 May 1989) is an English television and radio presenter, National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ) qualified journalist and author, best known for her work across the CBBC channel. She presents a show on BBC Radio 1 with her co-presenter Vick Hope. Early life Born in Manchester, Thistleton attended Droylsden High School for Girls. Naomi Laura Wilkinson (born 30 June 1974, in Bristol, England) is an English television presenter and actress. ''Blue Peter'' is a British children's television entertainment programme created by John Hunter Blair. It is the longest-running children's TV show in the world, having been broadcast since October 1958. It was broadcast primarily from BBC Television Centre in London until September 2011, when the programme moved to dock10 studios at MediaCityUK in Salford, Greater Manchester. It is currently shown Live television, live on the CBBC (TV channel), CBBC television channel on Fridays at 5pm.
