Tyler Dale Davis (born September 29, 1994) is an American former American football, football placekicker. He played college football at Penn State Nittany Lions football, Penn State of the Big Ten Conference. Early life Davis went to St. Charles North High School in St. Charles, Illinois, but did not participate in football. However, he played for his high school soccer team, and participated at the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. During his sophomore year of high school, he had to sit out the year due to a car crash. He came back in his junior year and scored a school record with 25 goals. College career Davis started his college career at Bradley University, where he did not play football but soccer. Tyler Davis (born April 2, 1997) is an American professional football tight end. He played college football at UConn and Georgia Tech. College career Davis began his collegiate career at Connecticut. After his freshman season, he transitioned from quarterback to tight end. During three seasons, Davis made 15 starts and had 47 catches for 500 yards and seven touchdowns. In 2018, he tied for 2nd in single-season history at UConn with six touchdown catches for a tight end, as well as ranking first on the team in touchdown receptions, tenth in the American Athletic Conference among all players, and first among tight ends with 6 in 2018 for the Huskies. Tyler David (born March 1, 1994) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Minneapolis City SC in USL League Two and the National Premier Soccer League. David is also the coach for the Marcy-Holmes Rangers in the Minneapolis City SC Futures League.
