Todd Russ (born January 8, 1961) is an American politician who has served as the Treasurer of Oklahoma since 2023. David Benjamin Hooten (born December 31, 1962) is a restaurateur and politician who served as the County Clerk for Oklahoma County, Oklahoma from 2016 to 2022. Early life David Benjimen Hooten was born in Frascati, Italy, to Capt. Leon E. Hooten, Jr. ( USAF) and his wife Lucia (née Di Beniditto). David was the youngest of seven children. He attended school in Duncan, Oklahoma and Norman, Oklahoma. His family traveled across Europe during his father's military career.
