Thomas Graham, 1st Baron Lynedoch (19 October 174818 December 1843) was a Scotland, Scottish Aristocracy, aristocrat, Politics, politician and British Army Officer (armed forces), officer. After his education at University of Oxford, Oxford, he inherited a substantial estate in Scotland, married and settled down to a quiet career as a landowning gentleman. However, with the death of his wife, when he was aged 42, he immersed himself in a military (and later political) career, during the French Revolutionary Wars and the Napoleonic Wars. Taylor described Graham as "tall, square-shouldered, and erect, his limbs sinewy and remarkably strong. His complexion was dark, with full eyebrows, firm-set lips, and an open, benevolent air. Thomas Graham (born April 10, 1956) is a retired canadian volleyball player , who represented his native country at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. There the resident of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan finished in ninth and last place with the men's national volleyball team, after four defeats in the preliminary round. He was born in Comox, British Columbia. Achievements Tom is an expert in goal-setting. In his highschool years, he failed his first attempts at volleyball. Determined to make the local team, he found things he could work on and have mastered for the next try. Tom later became part of the Canadian Olympic volleyball team from 1975–1979 and gained a PhD through Kinesiology. Thomas Lawrence Graham (April 15, 1950 – May 30, 2017) was an American football linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). From 1972 until 1978, he played for the Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Chargers, and Buffalo Bills. He played college football at the University of Oregon. From 1969 to 1971, linebacker Tom Graham starred for a University of Oregon defensive unit that was often overshadowed by the team's offensive stars and fellow Hall of Famers Dan Fouts and Bobby Moore (now known as Ahmad Rashad). From 1969 to 1971 he became the all-time leading tackler in Duck football history and was a 2001 inductee into the University of Oregon Hall of Fame. Thomas Graham (born 31 March 1955) is a Scottish former professional footballer who made 398 appearances in the Football League and 1 in the Scottish League. A forward or midfielder, he played league football for Barnsley, Halifax Town, Doncaster Rovers, Motherwell, Scunthorpe United and Scarborough. Football career Graham began his football career with Arthurlie before moving to England where, after a brief spell with Aston Villa, he signed for Barnsley in late 1978 for a £25,000 fee. In his first 13 games, playing at centre forward, he scored 11 goals. Graham played 38 League matches in his two years with Barnsley, and scored 18 goals, before moving on to Halifax Town in October 1980 for £20,000. He played regularly for Halifax until the club's financial problems forced them to release a number of players, Graham included, at the end of the 1981–82 season. Clarence Thomas (born June 23, 1948) is an American lawyer and jurist who has served since 1991 as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. President George H. W. Bush Clarence Thomas Supreme Court nomination, nominated him to succeed Thurgood Marshall.
