''Tholaipesi'' is a 2007 Indian Tamil-language film written and directed by newcomer K. Paneerselvam, starring Vikramaditya and Priyanka. The film was released on 24 August 2007. Plot The film revolves around Vedachala, alias Veda, who continues to lead a playboy life even after his marriage with Anita. Thanks to his cellphone, Anita discovers his illicit affair with Reema. Life takes a turn for Veda. Whether he sets his house in order forms the crux. Vikramaditya Shukla is an Indian former actor who has appeared in Tamil and Telugu language films. Career Vikramaditya made his debut in the Tamil slasher film, ''Whistle'' (2003), with a critic noting he was "apt" for the role. Vikramaditya then portrayed two supporting roles, firstly in Sundar C's '' Chinna'' (2005) and then in a negative role in ''Bambara Kannaley'' (2005), though both films were met with unfavourable responses from critics and at the box office. Priyanka Nair is an Indian actress who predominantly works in the Malayalam film industry. She made her debut in the Tamil film '' Veyyil'' in 2006. Ranjith K. Govind (born 21 February 1977), also known as K.G. Ranjith, is an Indian playback singer, working in the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada film industries and has sung more than 2500 songs.
