The Procedure
The Procedure is a New Jersey band that formed in 2001. The band features former Thursday and Purpose guitarist Bill Henderson. History The Procedure formed in 2001 at The College of New Jersey in Trenton, NJ. The band self-released a 4-song demo in 2002 and began performing in and around New Jersey. In early 2003 they released a 7" on Warmachine Records before signing to Brightside/Blackout! Records that spring and releasing their first full length, ''Rise of New Reason'' in September 2003. They temporarily disbanded in 2004 after the departure of drummer Mike Donatelli, but he returned to the band the next year and they resumed working on their second LP, ''Shift Pacific''. In 2008, they recorded their third full length, ''The Ancestor's Tale'', which was released on February 26, 2009 on the band's own Eyeset World Records. Thursday (band)
Thursday is an American post-hardcore band formed in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 1997. The band consists of Geoff Rickly (lead vocals), Tom Keeley (lead guitar, backing vocals), Steve Pedulla (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Tim Payne (bass), and Tucker Rule (drums). The band's debut album ''Waiting (Thursday album), Waiting'' (1999) featured original guitarist Bill Henderson, who left in 2000 and was replaced by Pedulla. Thursday gained popularity with their second album ''Full Collapse'' (2001), and the band's major-label debut ''War All the Time (Thursday album), War All the Time'' (2003) debuted at number 7 on the US Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200. TCNJ
The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) is a public university in Ewing Township, New Jersey. It is part of New Jersey's public system of higher education. Established in 1855 as the New Jersey State Normal School, TCNJ was the first normal school, or teaching college, in the state of New Jersey and the fifth in the United States. It was originally located in Trenton proper and moved to its present location in adjacent Ewing Township during the early to mid-1930s. Blackout Records
Blackout! Records is an independent record label which specializes in hardcore punk. It was formed in 1988 by Bill Wilson and Jim Gibson. In 1989, the label released its album, a New York hardcore compilation album entitled '' Where the Wild Things Are''. The album included tracks from Sheer Terror, Killing Time, and others. After this first release, Gibson amicably parted company to start his own record label, Noiseville Records. Blackout! continued to release more local hardcore, with EPs from Uppercut and Outburst, and a live single from Sheer Terror. This was followed by a mini album from Crawlpappy and the U.S. edition of the Sheer Terror album ''Just Can't Hate Enough''. Singing is the art of creating music with the voice. It is the oldest form of musical expression, and the human voice can be considered the first musical instrument. The bass guitar (), also known as the electric bass guitar, electric bass, or simply the bass, is the lowest-pitched member of the guitar family.
