The Merry Gentlemen
''The Merry Gentlemen'' is a 2024 American Christmas romantic comedy film directed by Peter Sullivan, and starring Britt Robertson and Chad Michael Murray. The film follows a Broadway theatre, Broadway dancer who stages an all-male, Christmas-themed revue in hopes of saving her parents' small-town performing venue. It was released on Netflix on November 20, 2024. Plot Broadway dancer Ashley Davis has rarely been back to her hometown in the 12 years since landing a part in the Christmas-themed show ''Jingle Belles''. After a misstep onstage, Jodie the choreographer tells her she has been replaced by a younger dancer to keep it fresh. Peter Sullivan (screenwriter)
Peter Sullivan (born November 30, 1976) is an American screenwriter, film director, and film producer. He has more than 150 producing credits and directed more than 40 movies, most of them was made-for-television. Life and career Peter Sullivan was born in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts and graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a degree in Film and Television. He directed the Hallmark original film ''Christmas Under Wraps'', which became the highest-rated telecast in Hallmark Channel history and the second highest rated cable movie in 2014.
