In 2010 Spicer pled guilty to accepting monthly bribes from gambling developer Ronnie Gilley and lobbyist Jarrod Massey. He was found guilty of accepting bribes, forced to resign his position, and sentenced to 57 months in prison. Felix Barry Moore (born September 26, 1966) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Alabama's 2nd congressional district since 2021. The district is based in the state capital, Montgomery, and stretches into the Wiregrass. He represented the 91st district in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018. Moore first ran for the U.S. Congress to represent Alabama's 2nd congressional district in 2018, challenging incumbent representative Martha Roby. He finished third in the Republican primary. Opp is a city in Covington County, Alabama, United States. At the 2020 census, the population was 6,771. Opp is named after Henry Opp, a lawyer for the Louisville and Nashville Railroad. Geography Opp is located in eastern Covington County at (31.283083, -86.254661). It is bordered by the town of Babbie to the west and the town of Horn Hill to the southwest. U.S. Routes 84 and 331 are the main roads that pass near the city. US 84 bypasses the city to the south and east, leading northeast 16 mi (26 km) to Elba and west 16 mi (26 km) to Andalusia, the county seat of Covington County.
