Team RMG
Team RMG better known as BMW Team RMG, is a German racing team founded in late 2010 by Stefan Reinhold, in order to race in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, DTM in 2012, also coinciding with BMW return to the championship after 20 Years of absence from the championship, despite being a team build from the scratch, they signed 26 employees and many others for the 2012 season, with many previously worked for various racing teams, in 2012 the debut year of the team, Martin Tomczyk the reigning DTM champion from 2011 signed with BMW and he was placed in RMG, while Joey Hand the first United States, American driver to race in a factory squad in the DTM and member from the BMW American Le Mans Series team, was also placed in the team. Zakspeed
Zakspeed () is a motor racing team from Germany, founded in 1968 by Erich Zakowski and then run by his son Peter Zakowski. It is based in Niederzissen, Rhineland-Palatinate, around from the Nürburgring circuit. The team was, together with the Rial Racing, one of the two last German Formula One teams based in Germany (with the Zakspeed's base in Niederzissen). 1973 to 1981: Saloon and sports car racing Zakowski founded Zakspeed in 1973 with the ambition of competing in sports car racing. In the late 1970s, the team became the official Ford team in the German Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft (DRM) series, a predecessor of the current DTM. BMW M4
The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Upgrades over the standard BMW 4 Series include an upgraded engine, suspension, exhaust system, brakes and weight reduction measures including increased use of carbon fiber, such as on the roof of the car, and the door cards. 2014 DTM Season
The 2014 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters was the twenty-eighth season of premier German touring car championship and also fifteenth season under the moniker of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since the series' resumption in 2000. The season started on 4 May at Hockenheim, and ended on 19 October at the same venue, after a total of ten rounds. In his second season in the series, BMW Team RMG driver Marco Wittmann became champion after his consistent finishes throughout the season left him with a comfortable 50-point winning margin. Wittmann took his first series victory in the opening race at Hockenheim, and quickly added a second victory at the Hungaroring. Moscow Raceway is an Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, FIA-approved Motorsport#Motor racing, motor racing venue in the Volokolamsk, Volokolamsky District, Moscow Oblast, Russia. The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH.
