Studio Trigger
, also known as Studio Trigger, is a Japanese animation studio founded by former Gainax employees Hiroyuki Imaishi and Masahiko Ōtsuka in 2011. It has produced anime works including '' Kill la Kill'' (2013), '' Little Witch Academia'' (short films, 2013 and 2015; TV series, 2017), ''Promare'' (2019), '' BNA: Brand New Animal'' (2020), and '' Cyberpunk: Edgerunners'' (2022). Sanzigen
is a Japanese animation studio specializing in CGI animation. The studio was founded in 2003, later becoming formally incorporated in 2006 by former employees of Gonzo, and has contributed to various anime series and films. Its name is derived from the Japanese word for . Sanzigen joined the Japanese joint holding company Ultra Super Pictures with studios Ordet and Trigger, that would later be joined by Liden Films. Yoh Yoshinari
is a Japanese key animator, storyboard artist, and anime director. Biography Yoshinari was born in Tokyo on May 6, 1971. He graduated from Tokyo Designer Gakuin College. Career Yoshinari entered the anime industry through the influence of his older brother, Kou Yoshinari. Several of his early works were uncredited second key animation and in-betweens for his brother during high school. After leaving professional school, he applied to Gainax and Madhouse. Not receiving a response from Gainax, he joined Madhouse. Due to a misunderstanding, Gainax failed to process his application until three months later. Not wanting to explain, Yoshinari told Madhouse "being an animator is too hard for me", and switched to Gainax.
