Steve McNiven
Steven McNiven is a Canadian comic book artist. He first gained prominence on CrossGen's ''Meridian'', before moving onto books such as '' Ultimate Secret'', ''Marvel Knights 4'', '' New Avengers'' and ''Civil War''. Early life Steven McNiven is a native of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Career McNiven first came into prominence after he took over as a penciller of CrossGen's ''Meridian'' title following the departure of Josh Middleton. Later, he gained more fame working for Marvel Comics as the penciller of ''Marvel Knights 4'', '' Ultimate Secret'' and '' New Avengers''. He was named in August 2005 as one of Marvel's "Young Guns", a group of artists that, according to Marvel Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada, have the qualities that make "a future superstar penciller". The New York Comic Con is an annual New York City fan convention dedicated to Western comics, graphic novels, anime, manga, video games, cosplay, toys, movies, and television. David Finch (comics)
David Finch is a comics artist known for his work on Top Cow Productions' '' Cyberforce'', as well as numerous subsequent titles for Marvel Comics and DC Comics, such as '' The New Avengers'', ''Moon Knight'', '' Ultimatum'', and '' Brightest Day''. He has provided album cover art for the band Disturbed, and done concept art for films such as '' Watchmen''. The Guardians of the Galaxy are a fictional superhero team appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning formed the team from existing and previously unrelated characters created by a variety of writers and artists, with an initial roster of Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, Phyla-Vell, Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, and Adam Warlock. Marvel Now! (stylized as Marvel NOW!) is a comic book branding for the relaunch of several ongoing comic books published by Marvel Comics, that debuted in October 2012 with new #1 issues. The relaunch also included some new titles, including '' Uncanny Avengers'' and '' All-New X-Men''. Described as a shifting of the Marvel Universe following the conclusion of the "Avengers vs. X-Men" storyline, Marvel Now! entailed changes to both the publishing format and the universe to attract new readers. Old Man Logan is an alternative version of the Marvel Comics fictional character Wolverine.
