Stefan Gierasch
Stefan Gierasch (February 5, 1926 – September 6, 2014) was an American film and television actor. Career Gierasch made over 100 screen appearances, mostly in American television, beginning in 1951. In the mid-1960s, he performed with the Trinity Square Players in Providence, Rhode Island. He appeared in dozens of films including in ''The Hustler'' (1961), '' The Traveling Executioner'' (1970), '' Jeremiah Johnson'' (1972), '' What's Up Doc?'' (1972), '' High Plains Drifter'' (1973), '' Carrie'' (1976), '' Silver Streak'' (1976), '' Victory at Entebbe'' (1976), '' Blue Sunshine'' (1977), '' The Champ'' (1979), ''Blood Beach'' (1980) and '' Perfect'' (1985). In 1994 he appeared in the Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito film ''Junior'' as Edward Sawyer, and in 1995's '' Murder in the First'' as Warden James Humson. Perfect (1985 Film)
''Perfect'' is a 1985 American romantic drama film directed by James Bridges and distributed by Columbia Pictures. It was written by Aaron Latham and James Bridges and is based on a series of articles that appeared in ''Rolling Stone'' magazine in the late 1970s, chronicling the popularity of Los Angeles health clubs among single people. Its story follows journalist Adam Lawrence, who is assigned to interview a successful entrepreneur accused of dealing drugs. He is then assigned to cover a second story and decides to do an exposé on fitness clubs, where he meets an aerobics instructor named Jessie Wilson, who does not have a great deal of trust in journalists. It stars John Travolta, Jamie Lee Curtis, Anne De Salvo, Marilu Henner, Laraine Newman, Matthew Reed, and Jann Wenner. ''The Young Don't Cry'' is a 1957 American drama film directed by Alfred L. Werker and starring Sal Mineo, James Whitmore and J. Carrol Naish.Frascella & Weisel p.290 Plot An all-boys orphanage is not far from a prison camp near a swamp. Leslie Henderson, a teen boy, gets to know one of the convicts, Rudy Krist, who saved Les's life from a rattlesnake. Les stands up for a defenseless boy when bully Tom Bradley makes fun of a boat the boy made. Les is punished at the orphanage by a week of his summer vacation being taken away.
