McLeansville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Guilford County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 1,021 at the 2010 census. Geography McLeansville is located in eastern Guilford County at . It is bordered to the west by the city of Greensboro; additionally, an exclave of the city is surrounded by the southern part of the CDP. McLeansville's center is east of Greensboro, merely a few blocks north of US 70 (Burlington Road).
