Staffan Appelros (born 16 December 1950), is a Swedish politician. He was a member of the Riksdag for the Moderate Party between 2007 and 2010 as a replacement for the Minister for Migration and Asylum Policy, Tobias Billström. Tobias Lennart Billström (born 27 December 1973) is a Swedish politician of the Moderate Party. He has served as Minister for Foreign Affairs in the cabinet of Ulf Kristersson since 18 October 2022 and has been Member of the Riksdag since the 2002 general election, representing Malmö Municipality (2002–2022) and Stockholm County (since 2022). Rosengård (literally "Rose Manor") was a city district ( sv, stadsdel) in the center of Malmö Municipality, Sweden. On 1 July 2013, it was merged with Husie, forming Öster. In 2012, Rosengård had a population of 23,563 of the municipality's 307,758. Its area was 332 hectares. Malmö Lokaltrafik (ML) was a public transport bus company operating in the municipality and city of Malmö, Sweden. It was formed from the bus services of City of Malmö tramways (MSS) in the 1970s as the tram network in Malmö was being closed. In 1989 a completely new route network and schedule was introduced and received harsh criticism from the public. The tight schedule was often impossible to keep, thereby causing significant delays. This forced a lot of changes both in routes and schedules. In 1993, Malmö Lokaltrafik was sold to the private company Linjebuss, because it was decided to let the actual operation and ownership of buses be done by private companies. SYSAV Waste-to-energy Plant
The SYSAV (Sysav South Scania Waste) waste-to-energy plant is a waste-to-energy plant in Malmö, Sweden, which treats waste from the southern province of Skåne. The plant is owned by fourteen local authorities in Skåne. In 2008, a fourth unit was built alongside engineering consultancy Ramboll, making it is one of the largest waste-to-energy plants in Northern Europe.
