Sergio Bardotti
Sergio Bardotti (14 February 1939 – 11 April 2007) was an Italian lyricist, composer and record producer. Life and career Born in Pavia, Bardotti studied piano for seven years and graduated from conservatory with a degree in Theory and Solfeggio. After having performed in nightclubs with the stage name Sergio Dotti, he moved to Rome, employed by RCA for his literary branch. His first song as lyricist was "La nostra casa", which was released as B-side of the Gino Paoli's hit "Sapore di sale", launching his musical career. Shortly later Bardotti started a long collaboration with Sergio Endrigo, which among other things got them the winning of the 1968 Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Canzone per te". In the late 1960s he also started producing and collaborating as songwriter with Lucio Dalla, and since 1969 with Chico Buarque, who had fled to Italy from the Brazilian military regime. Faustino (Fausto) Leali (born 29 October 1944, Nuvolento, Brescia, Italy) is an Italian pop singer. Early life Leali began his musical career as a singer in several bands in his native Brescia. His first guitar teacher was Tullio Romano, of the band Los Marcellos Ferial. Career Leali's first release was a 1962 promotional single as "Fausto Denis", for the magazine ''Nuova Enigmistica Tascabile''. He then joined the Novelty, a Beat band formed by Franco Piacibello (saxophone), Delio Ombrella (drums), Silvio Pesce (bass) and Piero Braggi (guitar) in Alessandria that had already released an EP in 1961. Anna Hoxha (; born 28 April 1961), known professionally as Anna Oxa (), is an Italian singer, actress, and television presenter. Oxa has received mainstream popularity and recognition within Italy due to her numerous participations in the Sanremo Music Festival. Beginning her career as a teenager, Oxa debuted in the Sanremo Music Festival 1978 with the song "Un'emozione da poco", placing second in the competition.
