The Serbian Handball Super League ( sr, Суперлига Србије у рукомету / Superliga Srbije u rukometu) is the top men's Team handball, handball league in Serbia. It was founded in 2006. Rules Competition format The league is operated by the Handball Federation of Serbia. It is composed of 16 teams. Kać () is a suburban settlement of the city of Novi Sad, Serbia. The town has a Serb ethnic majority and its population was 11,612 at the 2011 census. Leskovac (Serbian Cyrillic: Лесковац, ) is a city and the administrative center of the Jablanica District in southern Serbia. According to the 2022 census, City of Leskovac has a 124,889 inhabitants. Pančevo (Serbian Cyrillic: Панчево, ; german: Pantschowa; hu, Pancsova; ro, Panciova; sk, Pánčevo) is a list of cities in Serbia, city and the administrative center of the South Banat District in the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Serbia. It is located on the shores of rivers Timiș (river), Tamiš and Danube, in the southern part of Banat region. Since the 2011 census 123,414 people have been living in the Pančevo administrative area. SC Šumice
Šumice Cultural and Sports Center ( sr-Cyrl, Центар за културу и спорт Шумице) is an indoor sports arena located in Voždovac, Belgrade, Serbia. The hall is used for basketball, handball, Indoor soccer, indoor football, volleyball, and other sports. The venue was opened on 24 May 1974 and was originally known as the "Vоždovac Union of Pioneers of Yugoslavia, Pioneers Home". It has a total floor area of and includes a sports hall with 2,000 seats and a hall with the stage with 350 seats. Due to the lack of funds and bad maintenance, the venue has been in bad financial situation since the late 1980s and especially since the 2000s. RK Partizan
RK Partizan () is a Serbian handball club based in Belgrade. They compete in the Serbian Handball Super League and SEHA League. History The original club was founded in 1948. They competed for only a year until 1949. In January 1957, RK Dedinje became part of the JSD Partizan, Partizan sports society, thus reinstating the club's handball section. They made their Yugoslav Handball Championship debut in 1960. In 1973, the club suffered relegation from the league. They made a comeback to the top flight in 1991, shortly before the withdrawal of Croatian and Slovenian teams due to the Yugoslav Wars.
