Seneca Hawk
Seneca Hawk is a Los Angeles–based rock and roll trio consisting of Jonah Rivera, Kyle Beswick, and Ankur Bulsara. History Jonah, Kyle and Ankur all met as students at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Upon Kyle and Ankur's graduation (and Jonah's early departure), the band moved out to begin their careers in Los Angeles. After playing their first national tour in 2007 and frequently playing at Los Angeles venues, including Spaceland, The Troubadour, and the Hotel Café, Seneca Hawk began working on ''Sun Year Long''. ''Sun Year Long'' ''Sun Year Long'' is the debut LP from Seneca Hawk recorded in Studio City, California, with producer Adam Lasus (Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Yo La Tengo, Army Navy, and Oliver Future). Ithaca is a city in the Finger Lakes region of New York, United States. Yo La Tengo (YLT; Spanish for "I have her") is an American indie rock band formed in Hoboken, New Jersey, in 1984. Clap Your Hands Say Yeah (sometimes abbreviated to CYHSY) is the musical project of American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Alec Ounsworth, active since the early 2000s in and out of Philadelphia. Clap Your Hands Say Yeah have released a total of six albums. Their self-titled debut album appeared in 2005 and their most recent, '' New Fragility'', in 2021. Troubadour (West Hollywood, California)
The Troubadour is a nightclub located in West Hollywood, California, United States, at 9081 Santa Monica Boulevard just east of Doheny Drive and the border of Beverly Hills. Inspired by a visit to the newly opened Troubadour café in London, it was opened in 1957 by Doug Weston as a coffee house on La Cienega Boulevard, then moved to its current location shortly after opening and has remained open continuously since.
