Savvy Gupta
Souvik Gupta, known as "Savvy" ( bn, স্যাভি), is an Indian music director who has composed and sung songs for Bengali movies from both West Bengal and Bangladesh. Career Gupta formerly played keyboard and sung for Kolkata-based rock bands Insomnia and Crystal Grass. He started his journey as a film composer in the year 2012 with the film '' Khokababu'', composing the song "Khoka Chalu Cheez" sung by actor Dev. He was the composer for the theme song of the first ever Kolkata fashion week. In addition to composing for Indian film soundtracks, Gupta also composes music for Bangladeshi film soundtracks. He is an electronics engineer and completed his bachelor degree from NITMUS in 2006. ''Challenge 2'' is a 2012 Indian Bengali action comedy film directed by Raja Chanda starring Dev and Pooja Bose in lead roles. The film is a spiritual sequel to the 2009 Bengali film '' Challenge'', but contains a very different storyline. June Banerjee
June Banerjee is an Indian and Bengali singer who has sung in the films like Khokababu, Lorai etc. She was the singer of the popular Bengali song Soniye Tu Janiye Tu, Laila Laila. ''Layla & Majnun'' ( ar, مجنون ليلى ; '''Layla's Mad Lover) is an old story of Arab origin, about the 7th-century Bedouin poet Qays ibn al-Mulawwah and his ladylove Layla bint Mahdi (later known as Layla al-Aamiriya). "The Layla-Majnun theme passed from Arabic to Persian, Turkish, and Indian languages", through the narrative poem composed in 584/1188 by the Persian poet Nizami Ganjavi, as the third part of his '' Khamsa''. It is a popular poem praising their love story. Qays and Layla fell in love with each other when they were young, but when they grew up Layla's father didn't allow them to be together. Qays became obsessed with her. His tribe Banu 'Amir and the community gave him the epithet of ''Majnūn'' ( "crazy", lit. "possessed by Jinn"). Long before Nizami, the legend circulated in anecdotal forms in Iranian ''akhbar''. Mika Singh (born 10 June 1977) is an Indian singer.
