The Socca World Cup is an international socca competition contested by the men's national teams of the members of International Socca Federation. History The inaugural 2018 Socca World Cup took place in Lisbon, Portugal, at the purpose-built Trunkwala Stadium., from 23-29 September. Germany conquered Poland 1–0 in the final. The match was refereed by Mark Clattenburg. The tournament received international coverage, including endoresements from Lukas Podolski and the Neymar Foundation. The 2019 Socca World Cup took place in Rethymno, Crete, from 12-20 October. It was won by Russia, who defeated Poland 3–2 in the final. The 2022 Socca World Cup was held in Budapest, Hungary, in September. The 2023 Socca World Cup was held in Essen, Germany, from 2-11 June. The 2024 Socca World Cup will be held in Oman, from 29 November to 7 December. International Socca Federation
The International Socca Federation (ISF) is an organization which sets up the Socca World Cup. It sets up as a governing body for six-a-side football specifically. History Formation The ISF was formed in late 2017 by leading providers of small-sided football across Europe and the rest of the world. The ISF aims to bring together experts from across the globe. It was officially launched at a ceremony in Birmingham in February 2018, with guests of honour including World Cup and EURO referee Mark Clattenburg. Eligibility As an inclusive organisation, the ability to register to the ISF is open to anyone who wants to run the national 6 a side team in their country, subject to an approval process. World Cup Of Masters
The World Cup of Masters, also known as the Pelé World Cup and Mundial de Seniors was an event that ran every two years from 1987 until 1995. The tournament was for senior (35+) players and it was under the rules of the IMFA (International Master Football Association), presided by Julio Mazzei at the time. In 1990 the term "seniors" was replaced by "masters". The editions until 1991 were organized by Brazilian TV station Bandeirantes, and the International Masters Football Association. Most of the teams participated used to play masters games on a regular basis and kept the quality of football on a competitive level. Brazil Masters team, which won the 1989 event and finished second to Argentina in 1987. Homeless World Cup
The Homeless World Cup is an annual association football tournament organized by the Homeless World Cup Foundation, a social organization which advocates the end of homelessness through the sport of association football. The organization puts together an annual football tournament where teams of homeless people from various country compete. The tournament was first held in 2001, and in 2008 it added a women's competition. From 2010 onwards, all tournaments have featured both men's and women's teams. History The Homeless World Cup organization was co-founded by Mel Young and Harald Schmied in 2001 to advocate for a global solution to homelessness. The Socca EuroCup is an international socca competition contested by the men's national teams of Europe, the members of International Socca Federation. History The first ever Socca EuroCup was played in Moldova between 29 March and 2 April 2023. 13 teams from across Europe took part in it. All games were held at the FMF Beach Soccer Arena. In the qualifying, Romania and Georgia finish as group winners. They automatically qualify for the 2023 Socca World Cup. Albania and Cyprus played in the 3rd place match. Albania have won and secured the final qualifying slot for the World Cup. In the main competition, Georgia and Croatia facing off in the 3rd place match. Croatia have won 1–0 to take the bronze medals. In the final, Kazakhstan and Romania played for gold medals.
