Snow.Wolf.Lake
''Snow.Wolf.Lake'' () is Hong Kong's first modern musical. Jacky Cheung, a cantopop artist, was the artistic director of the show and also played character Wolf in the musical. The running time of the musical is about three hours. It has two versions: Cantonese and Mandarin. The title combines the Chinese name of the two main characters, "Wolf", the male protagonist, and "Snow", the female protagonist. "Lake" refers to a plot related element. Productions ''Snow.Wolf.Lake'' opened in Hong Kong Coliseum on 28 March 1997 for a total of 42 shows. The original version of the musical is in Cantonese and Standard Mandarin. Every showing was sold out. The musical later played in Singapore and also received critical success there, breaking attendance records. Richard Lee Peng Boon (born 24 August 1956) is a Singaporean singer-songwriter, playwright and film director. Lee was awarded the Cultural Medallion, Singapore's pinnacle arts award, for music in 2005. Michael Tse
Michael Tse Tin-wah (born 15 July 1967) is a Hong Kong actor and singer. Career Michael Tse graduated from TVB's Dance Training Class and worked with TVB as a dancer for five years. He then left TVB and formed a boy band group called 風火海 (Wind Fire Sea) with Jordan Chan and Jason Chu. Two CDs were then released in 1994 and 1995 accordingly by the boy band group. In 1996's ''Young and Dangerous'', Tse acted as a character called "Tai Tin Yee" in the triad genre. Summary Although alternative musicians were nominated several times for awards, most of the categories were won by mainstream artists. Hong Kong Coliseum (), commonly and informally known as the Hung Hom Coliseum (, ) is a multi-purpose indoor arena, in Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong near Hung Hom station. It is in Yau Tsim Mong District. It was built by the Urban Council and inaugurated on 27 April 1983. The opening of the stadium coincided with the 100th anniversary of the Urban Council. Iskandar Mirza Ismail (23 July 1956 – 1 November 2014) was a prominent Singaporean musician who worked as a composer, arranger, conductor, music director, recording producer, performer and educator in his long career.
