A simulation is the imitation of the operation of a real-world process or system over time. In theoretical computer science a simulation is a Relation (mathematics), relation between state transition systems associating systems that behave in the same way in the sense that one system ''simulates'' the other. In association football, diving is an attempt by a player to gain an unfair advantage by falling to the ground and, often, feigning injury to give the impression that a foul has been committed.
