Simone Robertson
Simone Robertson (28 May 1975 in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian actress best known for her 1991–1993 role as Phoebe Gottlieb in the TV series '' Neighbours''. Her sister is Aimee Robertson. She is also a trained jazz and tap dancer. Simone previously dated her co-star Benjamin Mitchell who played Cameron Hudson. Phoebe Gottlieb
Phoebe Gottlieb (also Bright) is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera ''Neighbours'', played by Simone Robertson. She made her first screen appearance as Phoebe during the episode broadcast on 23 September 1991. Phoebe is characterised as a studious individual which earns her the title of the "school swat". To secure the role Robertson put on a geeky persona during her audition. The character is also noted for her keen liking of reptiles, particularly her pet snake. The character is most often used in romantic stories with Todd Landers (Kristian Schmid) and Stephen Gottlieb ( Lochie Daddo). ''Father'' is a 1990 film about a retired German immigrant living in Australia, Joe Muller (Max von Sydow), who is accused by a strange woman named Iya Zetnick (Julia Blake) of being a former Nazi who committed war crimes during the Second World War.
