''Silver Bullets'' is an album by New Zealand group the Chills, released in 2015. Martin Phillipps spoke of the 19-year gap since their previous album. "We just couldn't. There's been a lot of frustration but finally, somebody got behind us with the money and belief in both me and the band. It all happened quite quickly too. Off it went!'" The Chills
The Chills are a New Zealand indie rock band that formed in Dunedin in 1980. The band were fronted by founding mainstay singer-songwriter, guitarist Martin Phillipps (singer), Martin Phillipps (2 July 1963 – 28 July 2024). During the mid-1990s they were billed as Martin Phillipps & the Chills. Their top ten studio albums in their homeland are ''Submarine Bells'' (1990), ''Soft Bomb'' (1992), ''Snow Bound (The Chills album), Snow Bound'' (2018) and ''Scatterbrain'' (2021). The Chills were a cult band in other parts of the world as one of the earliest proponents of the Dunedin sound. ''Under the Radar'' is an American music magazine that features interviews with accompanying photo-shoots. Each issue includes opinion and commentary of the indie music scene as well as reviews of books, DVDs, and albums. The magazine posts web-exclusive interviews and reviews on its website. Items are reviewed based on a rating system in which each album, book, and DVD receives a rating from 1 to 10. The magazine has been in publication since late 2001 and is issued three times per year.
