Sheila Dills (born July 10, 1967) is an American politician who served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 69th district from 2018 to 2022. Dills plans to retire from the Oklahoma House at the end of her term in 2022. Cindy Byrd (born January 18, 1973) is an American accountant and politician. She has served as the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector since 2019. Byrd is from Coalgate, Oklahoma. She graduated from East Central University in 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science in accounting. In 2003, she became a certified public accountant.
