Shattered (Casey Book)
''Shattered: The True Story of a Mother's Love, a Husband's Betrayal, and a Cold-Blooded Texas Murder'', by author and novelist Kathryn Casey, is a true-crime account of the killing of a pregnant woman whose body was discovered in 1999 in an upstairs closet in her home in Katy, Texas, near Houston. The book was published by HarperCollins in June 2010. Ms. Casey details numerous reasons that prove no one except David Temple had either motive or opportunity. Case synopsis Belinda Lucas and David Temple dated as classmates at Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas. David became a high school coach, and Belinda a teacher. They married and had one child, a boy, who was three years old at the time of his mother's death. "Shattered (Turn the Car Around)" is the second single and second track from rock band O.A.R.'s sixth studio album '' All Sides'' (2008). Background and composition Singer Marc Roberge explained the song is about blaming other people for holding yourself back, and then realizing at the end that it is your own problem if you are holding back in your life. Strata frontman Eric Victorino posted on his social media that he co-wrote the song, including the line ‘turn the car around’ but received no credit or royalties. The song's music had added with guitars and piano. The song is written in the key of B major. ''This Is Us'' is the seventh studio album (sixth in the US) from American pop group Backstreet Boys. Serving as a follow-up to '' Unbreakable'' (2007), it was released on September 30, 2009 in Japan through Sony Music Japan, October 5, 2009 in the UK through RCA, and October 6 in the US. ''Bury the Hatchet'' is the fourth studio album by Irish alternative rock band the Cranberries, released on 19 April 1999. In the US, the album had shipped 500,000 copies as of 2 June 1999, and received a gold certification. The album is the first album released by the band after their first hiatus, which began in September 1996. Dolores O'Riordan had taken that time to heal from stress-induced diseases, and also had her first child, Taylor, during this period. ''Cowboys from Hell'' is the fifth studio album by American heavy metal band Pantera, released on July 24, 1990 by Atco Records. It marked the band's major label debut and their first collaboration with producer Terry Date.
