Seth Dickinson
Seth Dickinson is an American writer of fantasy and science fiction, best known for the 2015 debut novel '' The Traitor Baru Cormorant'' and its sequels ''The Monster Baru Cormorant'' and ''The Tyrant Baru Cormorant''. Career Dickinson graduated from the University of Chicago, there receiving the Dell Magazines Award for Undergraduate Excellence in Science Fiction and Fantasy Writing in 2011 for the short story "The Immaculate Conception of Private Ritter". Dickinson has published short fiction in ''Clarkesworld'', ''Strange Horizons'', '' Lightspeed'' and '' Beneath Ceaseless Skies'', among others. Dickinson also contributed writing to video games, including '' Destiny: The Taken King'' (2015). ''Sphere'' is a 1987 novel by Michael Crichton, his sixth novel under his own name and his sixteenth overall. It was adapted into the film ''Sphere'' in 1998. Jonathan Strahan (born 1964, Belfast, Northern Ireland) is an editor and publisher of science fiction, fantasy, and horror. His family moved to Perth, Western Australia in 1968, and he graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986. In 1990 he co-founded ''Eidolon: The Journal of Australian Science Fiction and Fantasy'', and worked on it as co-editor and co-publisher until 1999.
