Ioan Sebastian Moga (born 18 December 1971) is a Romanian former football midfielder. After he ended his playing career he worked as an assistant coach. International career Sebastian Moga played four friendly games at international level for Romania, making his debut in a 1–0 loss against Norway at Ullevaal stadium. Bistrița
(; , archaic , Transylvanian Saxon: , ) is the capital city of Bistrița-Năsăud County, in northern Transylvania, Romania. It is situated on the Bistrița River. The city has a population of 78,877 inhabitants as of 2021 and administers six villages: (; ), (; ), (; ), (; ), (until 1950 ; ; ) and (; ).
