Herāt (; Persian: ) is an oasis city and the third-largest city of Afghanistan. The Afghan Premier League (APL), also known as Rahmani Foundation Afghan Premier League for sponsorship reasons, is a professional men's soccer league run by the Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF).
