Sardinia (Chamber Of Deputies Constituency)
Sardinia is one of the 29 constituencies () represented in the Chamber of Deputies (Italy), Chamber of Deputies, the lower house of the Italian parliament. The constituency currently elects 17 Deputy (legislator), deputies. Its boundaries correspond to those of the Italian region of Sardinia. The Italian electoral law of 2017, electoral system uses a parallel voting, parallel voting system, which act as a mixed system, with 37% of seats allocated using a First-past-the-post voting, first-past-the-post electoral system and 61% using a proportional method, with one round of voting. The constituency was first established by the ''Italian electoral law of 1993, Mattarella law'' on 4 August 1993 and later confirmed by the ''Italian electoral law of 2005, Calderoli law'' on 21 December 2005 and by the ''Italian electoral law of 2017, Rosato law'' on 3 November 2017. The Chamber of Deputies ( it, Camera dei deputati) is the lower house of the bicameral Italian Parliament (the other being the Senate of the Republic). The two houses together form a perfect bicameral system, meaning they perform identical functions, but do so separately. The Chamber of Deputies has 400 seats, of which 392 will be elected from Italian constituencies, and 8 from Italian citizens living abroad. The law n. 270 of 21 December 2005 was a proportional electoral law with a majority prize and blocked lists that regulated the election of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate in Italy in 2006, 2008 and 2013. Alternativa ( en, Alternative, A or Alt) is a populist and Eurosceptic political party in Italy. It was established in February 2021 as a parliamentary sub-group of the Mixed Group named L'Alternativa c'è ( en, There is an Alternative). Carbonia, Sardinia
Carbonia ( ; sc, Crabònia ) is a town and ''comune'' in the Province of South Sardinia, Sardinia, Italy. Along with Iglesias it was a co-capital of the former province of Carbonia-Iglesias, now suppressed.
